How to Reset LeadSync's Permissions

From time to time Facebook resets LeadSyncs access to your Pages.

You might have received a warning email from us, or you may have stopped receiving new lead notifications.

To reset these permissions, ensuring we have access to your Pages, please follow the steps below:

Login to your LeadSync Account and go to the ADs Accounts section.

Remove your account by clicking the delete link.

Login to your personal Facebook account that you've attached to LeadSync. Click on the down arrow next to you profile pic in the top right of your screen and go to Settings & Privacy > Setting

On the left of your screen, scroll down until you find the Business Integrations menu item.


Find the LeadSync Lead Ad Notifications app and click Remove. All your form settings will stay in place in LeadSync, so proceed with the popup promts.


Log back into your LeadSync account, go to the ADs Accounts section and add you personal Facebook account that is an admin for the Pages you wish to access. Be sure to give LeadSync permission to access leads for your Pages as you go through the Facebook permission settings.

Now test you Lead Form setup, by going to the Facebook Testing Tool

Choose the page and the form you're using then click the "create lead" button

Then, click the "Track Status" button.

You may need to click "Track Status" a couple of times until you see either a Success or Failed status.
