Why LeadSync exists

The average business takes 47 hours to respond to a new lead. The window where that lead is most likely to convert closes inside the first 5 minutes. That gap is where the money goes.

Most lead-handling tools try to fix this by adding more — more steps, more apps, more zaps, more flowcharts. We took the other side of that bet. LeadSync does one thing: it pushes leads from Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok ad campaigns into your CRM, email or SMS within seconds of submission. That's the whole product.

If you need a workflow builder, you have one. If you need a CRM, you have one. We don't want to be either. We want to be the boringly reliable pipe between them.

What we believe

A short list, because we'd rather actually live by it than recite it.

  • Speed beats features. A lead delivered in 30 seconds with three fields is more valuable than a lead delivered in 30 minutes with thirty.
  • Reliability beats novelty. Most "AI-powered" features in this category are dressed-up if-statements. We'd rather build the unglamorous retry logic that means you never lose a lead.
  • Transparent pricing, no per-lead games. You know what you'll pay this month, next month and next year. Higher tiers include unlimited leads. We don't penalise growth.
  • Cancel any time, no contracts. If we stop being worth $19/month to you, you should be able to leave with one click. So you can.

Who's behind it

LeadSync is built and operated by Plankton Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 42 110 801 279), an independent Australian software company based in Red Hill, Victoria. We've been at this since June 2016.

We're not VC-backed. There's no growth team, no growth hack, no quarterly board to please. We pick what to build by reading every support email ourselves.

Founder & engineer

Luke started LeadSync in 2016 after burning too many hours manually exporting Facebook lead ad CSVs for clients of his agency. He still writes most of the code, answers most of the support tickets, and reads all of the cancellation reasons.

What we don't do

The fastest way to know what a tool is for is to know what it's not for.

LeadSync isn't:

  • A CRM. Use HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Jobber, ServiceTitan, anything.
  • A general-purpose automation builder. If you want Zapier, use Zapier.
  • A lead-buying or lead-generation network. We don't sell you leads.
  • A dashboard you'll spend time in. The best week with LeadSync is one where you don't open it once.
  • A platform we're trying to flip. We're building a steady, profitable software business, not chasing a Series B.
