Top Producer (Top Producer 8i / Top Producer X) does not expose a public REST API for lead ingestion. Instead, every Top Producer account is provisioned with a personal myleads.io ingest email address (something like your.account@myleads.io) -- emails sent to that address are parsed by Top Producer and converted into new Contact records inside the CRM.

The email body is laid out in the labelled key/value format Top Producer's parser expects: Source:, Name:, Email:, Phone:, Address: (street + city + state/province + post/zip code + country, joined into a single comma-separated string), and MLS Number: -- a placeholder Top Producer expects in this format even when no MLS number is in the lead. The full lead form payload is also appended in the Notes: field so nothing is lost.
The subject line uses the mndrll_subject template (e.g. "New lead from #form on #page") with placeholders substituted live for the lead's form name and the Facebook page that originated the lead. This makes the Top Producer "Source" report meaningful: each new contact arrives tagged with the form they submitted and the page that ran the ad.
Real estate teams often want every new lead to land in multiple agents' Top Producer inboxes simultaneously -- typically the listing agent plus a team lead or office manager.
