E.164 Number Formatting and Country Support

WhatsApp's API requires numbers in E.164 format (a leading +, country code, then the subscriber number, no spaces or dashes). LeadSync normalises whatever you enter on the connection screen -- so "+61 412 345 678", "61412345678", and "0412 345 678 (AU)" all resolve to a clean E.164 string before the API call. WhatsApp delivery works globally to any country where WhatsApp itself is available -- which is essentially everywhere except a handful of regions (China, Iran, North Korea, Syria) where WhatsApp is blocked.
